The Difference Between Different Penis Extender Brands
I have looked into and researched the following penis enlargement extenders available on the market.
Most of these brands offer more than one version of their penile extenders. The difference between the versions usually depends on the material used in the actual device and the extra items included in the package.
Sometimes supplements and extra spare parts are included but the actual device seems to be similar. They are manufactured according to the same / similar patent (except Male Edge that works on new patent pending technology but still works on the same traction principle).
There are few manufacturers of medically approved penis enlargement extenders. Most brands are selling traction devices manufactured by the same third party manufacturer.
There is nothing wrong with that. However, the difference between the penis extender brands is maybe not as great as it may have seemed at first.
The main difference between the brands is in the branding, i.e. what is included in the package, the price, the service, etc.
All the above brands claim to be medically approved stretching devices and are of similar quality. All are classified as safe and easy to use. You may be able to find cheaper penis enlargement extenders on the market but they might not be suitable for medical condition such as the Peyronie's disease.
I recommend checking all the different penis extender brands yourself. Just make sure you are comparing like to like, i.e. what is included in the package and the total cost (including shipping).
Jes-Extender
Jes-Extender claim to be the original penis enlargement extender on the market. It was originally designed by a team of medical experts to support the penis after penile enhancement surgery.
The device turned out to be effective on its own as penis enhancement device and DanaMedic (the manufacturer of Jes-Extender) obtained the production rights.
DanaMedic is a Danish company and Jes-Extender is still produced in Denmark.
They have their own manufacturing site (and manufacture the penis enlargement extenders for some of the other brands as well).
A clinical test has shown the average result of Jes-Extender enlargement treatment to be increase in erect length of 2.8 cm (1.1 inch) after 1,100 hours at 1,200 g traction force. No complications were experienced during the trial.
But Does Jes-Extender Work For Men With Peyronie's Disease?
On their website, Jes-Extender refers to test results from a small clinical trial carried out by Doctor J. Ruiz-Romero and Doctor J. Ponce de León Roca, of Barcelona, Spain.
It is a small trial, only 8 Peyronie's patients, but the results were promising. Continuous traction with Jes-Extender resulted in decreased penile curvature, decrease in the size and consistency of the fibrous plaques and recovery of penile length.
Maybe the most impressive was the reduced degree of deviation. Three patients fully recovered (0 degree) and all patients showed improvement (some call that 100% success rate).

SizeGenetics is very popular penis extender brand. Their official website offers lot of information and they have very active on-line sales and marketing network.
SizeGenetics offers few versions of their product. Their Starter Edition offers no extra accessories it is just the stretching device.
The Basic Package on the other hand includes the 16 Way Comfort Tech System, which I think is more suitable when using traction device for extended periods.
You can also get the Ultimate Package with various additional extras included that might be of interest to some Peyronie's patients, but maybe not absolutely necessary.
SizeGenetics is owned by Permenda Ltd (UK based company). I enquired about the manufacturing site and they confirmed that SizeGenetics penis enlargement extenders are manufactured by Jes-Extender (which explains why they refer to the same studies and medical endorsements).
SizeGenetics has shown to be successful penis enlargement extender and they show what seem to be real before and after photos on their website. They indicate that impressive penis enhancement can be achieved with SizeGenetics.
But Does SizeGenetics Work For Men With Peyronie's Disease?
SizeGenetics refer to the same small Peyronie's study as Jes-Extender. This is because SizeGenetics penis extenders are manufactured by Jes-Extender and therefore as likely to work for men with Peyronie's disease.

Male Edge is called the 2nd generation penile extender, as it has some different features to the other traditional devices.

The X4 Labs penis extender is popular penis enlargement device. X4 Labs offers special Peyronie's penis extender edition that is marketed towards men with Peyronie's disease.
How Does The X4 Extender Peyronie's Edition Differ From Other Penis Extenders?
X4 Labs offers few editions of penis enlargement extenders, i.e. Starter Edition (value), Deluxe (economic), Gold (their bestseller), Gold Premium (ultimate) and finally the Peyronie's penis extender (curvature).
X4 Labs claim that their Peyronie's penis extender is specially designed for the treatment of penile curvature and fibrous plaque tissue.
I though cannot see any difference between the X4 extender Peyronie's edition and the X4 Deluxe edition, they are both made of Nitin Brass, offer 1,500 grams traction level and include 3-in-1 Hybrid Support Piece and same number and sizes of extension bars.
The X4 extender Peyronie's edition package however includes one month supply of special in-house formulated 1000ui Vitamin-E Boost, designed to help alleviate the symptoms of Peyronie's Disease.
It also includes special Peyronie's Disease Informational ePamphlet.
Because of these additions, the X4 extender Peyronie's edition is little more expensive than the Deluxe edition.
The effectiveness of Vitamin E on Peyronie's disease has been questioned in recent years but many men still like to take it on the "cannot hurt" basis. If you are one them, then you might be interested in X4 Labs Peyronie's Edition.
Does X4 Labs Penis Extender Work For Men With Peyronie's?
The X4 penis enlargement extenders were originally designed to increase penis length and girth but are increasingly used to treat penis curvature as well. They work on the same principle as other penis traction device, i.e. by applying small tension to the penis body, causing skin cells to break down and force the regeneration of healthier tissues.
X4 Labs penis enlargement extender is therefore as likely to work for men with Peyronie's disease as any other traditional penis traction device.
I personally feel X4 Labs "promise" too good result on their website but they claim that the X4 extender Peyronie's edition is clinically proven to reduce penile curvature up to 99%. Or as X4 Labs website says:
"It is a clinically proven device, which can correct curvature between 75%-99% and alongside Vitamin-E Boost™ all signs of curvature (100%) can be alleviated"
They do not provide any supporting documents / links for us to evaluate those claims. I have asked for details of the studies referred to and I will update this when / if received.
X4 Labs is a Canadian medical research and development company, based in Montreal. It does not sound like they own their own manufacturing facilities but they ensure that all of their products are made and manufactured in North America.
I'm not fully comfortable with all the claims X4 Labs make on their website (especially about Peyronie's disease) and some things can be misleading.
But do check the X4 Labs Official Website yourself. They also offer users forum that you may find interesting.
Euro Extender
Euro Extender seems to be owned by the same company as owns the X4 Labs (same company address). It is endorsed by the same medical professionals and seems to refer to the same studies.
Euro Extender offers two versions, one basic (Euro Extender device only) and one containing various accessories, including more comfort kit.
In both cases you can choose the right device for your size, i.e. regular (4 inches +) or small (2.2 inches +).
The kit seems very similar to other kits on the market, allowing me to assume of similar quality. There is therefore no reason why Euro Extender should not work as well for men with Peyronie's as any other traditional penis enlargement extender.
Does Euro Extender Work For Men With Peyronie's?
Euro Extender, like X4 Labs, makes too strong claims for my liking about the results for Peyronie's patients. Euro Extender takes it even further, saying it works for all men.
This is not correct, penis extenders do not work for all men with Peyronie's disease. They work best for men with mild or moderate penile curvature (and does not even work for all of them though they work for many).
Euro Extender website also says:
"Scientists have concluded that using the Euro Extender penis extender is up to 99% effective in treating Peyronie's Disease. Using a penis extender to cure Peyronie's Disease is a modern technique that only takes 3 months to get full results"
They do not provide any supporting documents / links for me to evaluate those claims. I have asked for the details supporting those claims and will update when / if received.

I'm not fully comfortable with the claims Euro Extender makes on their website about Peyronie's disease. But do check the Euro Extender Official Website yourself.
Conclusion
After thoroughly reading lot of penile extender websites, my conclusion is:
- Traditional penis enlargement extender can work for men with Peyronie's disease (I know as I'm one of them)
- All the extenders mentioned in this article are safe and easy to use and of suitable quality for men with medical condition like Peyronie's disease
- The actual devices are very similar and even manufactured by the same manufacturer
- The main difference between the penis extender brands lies in the material used and the additional extras included in the package (except Male Edge that works on new patent pending technology)
- Still in my opinion the best traction devices for men with Peyronie's disease allow you to control the direction of the traction
Andropeyronie and the Peyronies Device are the only traction device that allow you to do that, making them the best traction devices for men with Peyronie's disease.
For non-Peyronie's patients, looking for penis enhancement only, all the traditional penis enlargement extenders should be able to do the job... as long as the user puts in the time and effort required.
